7 Spray is absolutely awesome! I used it on a cut, and I lost fat without losing muscle or strength in the gym. I felt great on it too. I felt like I had more energy and slept better as well. Usually when cutting weight, my sleep and energy levels tank, but I felt great this past cut. The ONLY thing I did differently than I have in the past is that I used 7 Spray. This stuff is LEGIT! I will definitely be using it again!

Reduces Cortisol, Leans me out

I feel that as a cardio athlete 7 spray reduces the cortisol reconversion and helps me lean out faster as the fat cells do not get replenished quickly. And less cortisol also means less damage to my body after intensive cardio.

Beta-AET seems like it would suppress hormonal production based on past research. Not that I mind, I would still use it, but I'd just make a point to do a PCT afterwards.

Definitely works but...sides

tightens mucsles, provides increased energy, promotes fat loss. This is immediately noticeable. But it does have side effects (for me). Heart palpatations, increased racing heart, very uncomforatable. Making me reconisder using this product further.
If you do not get the heart issues I am sure this is a must have product. Was using about 40 sprays in the morning, myself. It's a shame that I may have to discontinue use.
